plays a very important role in education. Ethics are interpreted as the discipline of dealing with good and bad with commitment and moral duty. Ethics are well-established levels that make the measures right and wrong. It is classified as unique values such as integrity and discipline. Honesty amid others and applies them I daily routines.

Moral Education is important as it teaches diversity, tolerance mutual respect, and moral values. Moral values are values that express ideas about the good life. Honesty, responsibility, and respect for others is the domain of moral education. The study of morality is vital because we live in a world of rapid change.

Swami Vivekananda said of Education: “Education is the manifestation of perfection already in man"

Through the moral education classes taught at various levels, we at our school try to impart moral values in our children.

The children are taught the stories from the Epics thereby inculcating the values of diversity, tolerance, mutual respect, honesty, responsibility as we feel the study of morality is vital because we live in a world of rapid change and our children should be able to differentiate between what is wrong and right.

Awakened Citizen Programme

“Every day starts with a new challenge and ends with a great learning experience. The highest possibility of being alive can be lived thoroughly while being a part of the Awakened Citizen Programme (ACP) team.

A three year graded value education programme for students of upper primary and secondary level is being run in collaboration with Ramakrishna Mission.

One of the major problems confronting us today is that children seem to be growing up stressed and confused because they are not armed with the right tools to face real-life problems and make the right choices.

Aim at empowering students in a real and tangible way by enabling them to stand on their own feet and help them develop as enlightened citizens with emphasis to help them integrate values in their lives and bring about a transformation from within rather than giving the students a set of do’s and don’ts.

Our students are encouraged to participate in various competitive examinations like the SOF Olympiad Examination. Gandhi Vichar Examination conducted by the Gandhi Research Foundation.
