Code of Conduct

  • All students must attend school on the re-opening day of the academic year.
  • pupil should be regular to the class. Inability to attend the class due to any unforeseen circumstances should be intimated to the school office or Principal through Leave Record. They may intimate the same over the telephone to the school office.
  • Long absence due to illness should be intimated through leave record supported by medical certificate within a week of absence.
  • pupil must be present at 8.40 a.m. in the school premises and maintain absolute discipline during morning assembly, in their class rooms, corridors etc.
  • They should wear the prescribed uniform every day, neatly washed and pressed. A pupil who is habitually late without proper uniform and does not abide by the school rules will be asked to leave the school. A record of such breaches will be maintained in the school.
  • No Pupil should leave the school during working hours without the permission of the Principal. Leave for half-a-day will not be granted except for health reasons or emergencies.
  • Parents or Guardians are not allowed to meet their wards or meet Class teachers during the class hours.
  • All pupils are expected to address the teachers and all the members of the staff with due respect and politeness. They should show gentleness and courtesy to their peers.
  • In the event of any damage to the school property caused by a pupil, the value of the property damaged will be collected from the pupil responsible for it.
  • The school will take cognizance of any serious misconduct of its pupil outside its premises and any serious charge be fairly substantiated, the guilty will be punished.
  • A pupil may be dismissed from school if he/she is habitually idle, disobedient or irregular in attending school.
  • An attendance of 75% is required during an academic year to take the terminal examination. If a pupil fails to have the required percentage he/she will not be allowed to take the examination.
  • Accidental or minor injuries to pupils during the school working hours will be given first aid and the parent/guardian will be informed if the pupil requires further medical attention.
  • In case of any misconduct or irregularity in submitting the assignment given, the school authorities/teachers might take certain disciplinary actions on the pupils with the sole intention of inculcating good values in them. So parents are requested not to interfere in such actions taken by the school authorities. If the parents/guardian is dissatisfied with such disciplinary action, they are at liberty to withdraw their ward from the school.
  • Parents are strongly discouraged from meeting the teachers during school hours. Prior appointment may be taken and they can meet the teachers in the presence of Principal.
  • Change of Address of Phone numbers of the pupil has to be immediately intimated to the school office for record.
  • Parents are strongly discouraged from making calls over the telephone to class teachers for availing leave. Instead, they should inform principal or office personnel regarding the same.
  • pupil are responsible for the safe custody of their books and belongings. Fee amount brought for payment should not be kept with the pupils. The money should be handed over to the Office personnel immediately on arrival at the school.
  • Money collection by school pupils for any purpose requires Principal's permission.
  • Any communication, request or complaint made by the parents should be addressed to the principal.
  • The pupils should keep their class and the school compound clean using the bins provided for waste paper and rubbish.
  • Parents are requested to affix their signature in the personal record (Which will be issued to the students for filling in once the admission is made) and maintain the same style for any parental approval required by the school. This is only to verify the authenticity of the approval in case of any doubt.
  • It is compulsory for all the students to attend the functions arranged by the school authorities like Independence Day, Sports Day, Annual Day, Republic Day etc.,
  • Parents/Guardians are requested not to send their wards suffering from any infectious diseases until they recover completely from the disease.
